At Designer Colours, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we are here to assist you through the process. This Refund Policy governs all refunds for purchases made at Designer Colours.

1. Bespoke Orders:

Bespoke items, including but not limited to wallpaper, paint, blinds, curtains, flooring, and fabric, are specially ordered, or created to meet your unique specifications and requirements. As such, these items are not eligible for a refund unless they are proven to be faulty at the time of purchase. Any information given regarding quantities of bespoke products needed, based on measurements or other information provided by the customer, is for guidance purposes only and needs to be confirmed by the contractor. Always refer to manufacturer’s instructions prior to application of any product. We take utmost care in the production and delivery of bespoke items to ensure they meet your expectations.

In the unlikely event that you believe a bespoke item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing clear evidence of the fault. Our team will thoroughly review the situation, and if the fault is validated, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as an exchange/refund or a different solution.

2. Non-Bespoke Items:

For all non-bespoke items, customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if collecting from store or 14 days from delivery. Non-bespoke items are those that are pre-made and readily available in our inventory.

To initiate a refund for a non-bespoke item, please follow these steps:

a. Contact the showroom team and provide them with your order details and proof of purchase.

b. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

c. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Exceptions:

The following conditions may limit or void the eligibility for a refund:

  1. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
  2. Items without a valid proof of purchase.
  3. Items not returned within the specified timeframe.
  4. Colour panels are non-refundable.
  5. Clearance products are non-refundable.

4. Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in the order fulfilment, or the item is proven to be faulty.
