A decorative chalky, water based emulsion paint that dries to a soft, velvet texture. The high pigmentation gives a greater depth of colour than chemically mixed modern emulsions. Our flat emulsion is micro porous to allow the structural fabric of a building to breathe.
Apply by roller and layoff with a good quality brush.
