Clean brushes with soap and water if they have been used with water-based paints, or with white spirit (or appropriate brush cleaner) if they have been used for oil-based paints. To keep brushes wet during storage use a Brushmate Vapour Box system, which is very unique in design and performance. At the end of the day every decorator has the task of storing the wet brushes for the next days usage. This is where Brushmate have pioneered the technology to make the job very much easier. All you do is simply clip the brushes into the vapour box and cover the lid. The brushes can remain soft for weeks.
Scrape any paint that managed to get onto glass windows with a Window Scraper.
